Someone with very thick hair may find that it takes a longer period of time than average to achieve the style he or she desires. If you have very long hair we recommend getting a cut first. For example, if you have shoulder length hair we recommend cutting it to length before using the AirCut. We also recommend that persons with very curly, course and thick hair — or those desiring an extremely short cut — may be better served with a hair clipper.
In the front of the handle, you’ll find a small cover and compartment to collect hair. Be sure to remove the cover and empty contents, while cleaning filter, after every cut (and possibly during cuts if needed).
Yes. AirCut will not leave a visible weight line if attachments are used in succession (i.e., .5 inch to 1 inch, 1 inch to 1.5 inch etc.). A weight line may be visible if non-successive attachments are used (i.e., .5 inch to 2 inches). The .25 inch to .5 inch attachment is to be used around ears and neck.
